‘Erbal Tea

I just didn’t feel like getting out of bed today. I have such a strong predilection for bed and so it was only natural that today’s post came from my happy place. This outfit in it’s pastel glory has me feeling all sophisticated and worldly. While I’m going to go ahead and let you all think I am the demure creature who wears beautiful clothes around the house, consumes herbal (silent ‘h’ of course) tea and listens to Celine Dion’s greatest hits, it’s all just a façade (shocking, I know).

Despite the fact that I am roughly 46 years too young to fully appreciate Miss Dion’s musical talent and prowess, I can in fact state that this Alice McCall number is god damn beautiful and I am technically wearing it at home, so I’ll claim it. Being the fragile and sensitive soul that I am, I felt like nothing more than coating my supple skin with floaty, comfortable material so the obvious choice of outfit was this playsuit. Just to clarify the confusing status of my scale of ‘jerk’ and ‘douche’ take everything stated above with a grain of salt.

Regardless of the initial obstacle of getting this jumble of straps and frills on, it feels like a dream. It moves with you and is comfort like I’ve never known (could be to do with the orthopaedic mattress though). The devil is in the details and this certainly rings true with this number, I might even wear it out of bed next time, or even get out of bed, who knows the possibilities are endless.
